Many middle-aged people think that with age comes obstacles, but in fact, age is just a number. As long as people realize the real you, it’s not as difficult!
Bill was born in Hong Kong about 40 years ago. At this age, many people are married for a long time, but because of Bill’s job, he was going to have to settle in Macau permanently, and he didn’t want to be in a separated relationship.
His love history was not blank, however. While he was living in Macau, he met several women with different personalities. But because of pressure, everything failed to develop.
When he reached the midpoint of his life, he began to develop different aspects of life, especially love. He was hoping to find a 30-year-old, gentle woman to build his future.
Bill’s mother has a long-term illness, and he cares for and values her. He wanted to share his happiness with her, so he came to HKRD’s Anita for help and participated in two of our Wine Tasting Events.
For the first wine tasting, he found a girl, but she was younger than him, and she also wanted a man with a similar age.
He was motivated to give himself more chances, and at the second wine tasting, the other people were more mature. At this event, he became several women’s’ target.
One of the women he met was Mandy, a 36 year old HR consultant at a bank. She became insecure because of a previous divorce that happened a few years ago. But, Bill patiently waited for Mandy to open up and let her go at her own pace. He recognized that Mandy was willing to take the time to take care of family and she met his interests.
Mandy also felt the sincerity of Bill. A few months later, they decided to start a new chapter in their lives.
