The founder of HK Romance Dating Anita Cheung, a reporter and anchor, majored in journalism in College.
With the increasing number of HK Romance Dating members, also the increasing demand for premarital, post-marital counseling and personal psychological counseling, Anita enrolled in the Master of Professional Counselling program at the Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors, hoping to apply what she has learned and give back to the customers.
As we all know, the church has always been keen to provide premarital and post-marital counseling to the church members. Although Anita is not a Christian, she wants to learn from their rich experiences and knowledge.
The Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors was established in January 2004. It uses psychological counseling theories and techniques to achieve personal growth and active life. Simultaneously, it nurtured a large number of peers and professional counselors to benefit the society.
